Downtown boutique hotel is a radically restored 17th century palace located in the heart of Mexico City's historic centre, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Combining Colonial style architecture with cutting-edge modern design and materials and local indigenous culture, the result is a unique property with bohemian-chic elegance.

Just 2 blocks from the Zocalo Square, Downtown is ideally located for business or pleasure in Mexico City. The Metropolitan Cathedral and the Mexican Government Palace are just a short walk away. Facing a 17th century courtyard, our Colonial Queen Rooms feature high ceilings and original antique construction materials. The wooden furniture, queen-size beds and spacious bathrooms, create a unique and cosy environment for relaxing. Colonial Queen rooms are 21 sq m. Sleeps up to 2 adults.
Colonial King:
The 35 sq m Colonial King Rooms offer comfortable king-sized beds, wooden furniture and spacious bathrooms equipped with raindisc showers. A view to our beautiful 17th century courtyard make them a comfortable option for guests. Sleeps up to 2 adults.
Independence Suite:
The Independence Suites offer 50 sq m of luxurious space with king-sized beds. They are the second largest rooms in the house, have balconies and may either face the courtyard or the street. Sleeps up to 2 adults.
Revolution Suite:
Our Revolution Suites offer a luxurious living-room space, king-sized beds and a relaxing bath with raindisc shower. Their lofty 70 sq m area makes them the largest rooms in Downtown.
