Surrounded by its own vineyards, the estate grows Duras, Braucol, Mauzac and Len de l'El varieties for its AOC Gaillac wines, and tastings are arranged on most evenings of the week in the cellar. The château is also home to a fine Michelin-starred restaurant, where the chef and his team create delicious menus based on the finest seasonal produce and market-fresh ingredients.
