Description: Agriturismo Opera 02

Overlooking its own vineyards and the beautiful rolling countryside of the Emilia Romagna, Agriturismo Opera 02 is set in a new build property located alongside a fully functioning winery. This charming boutique farm resort offers comfortable accommodation and fine dining in a secluded, tranquil atmosphere.

Ideal for quiet visits to this splendid corner of Italy, Agriturismo Opera 02 is just twenty-three kilometres from Modena, world famous for its cathedral and the Piazza Grande, among a number of superb medieval and renaissance landmarks. Maranello, home of Ferrari, where there is a fine museum dedicated to these magnificent cars, is also a short distance away. The gently rolling vineyards in the area around the property mean that it is ideal for easy excursions, and Agriturismo Opera 02 has mountain bikes for guests' use, free of charge. Staff will be happy to provide maps and advice on routes for walkers.

Agriturismo Opera 02 has a fine restaurant, serving delicious menus based on traditional Modenese cuisine and the finest local ingredients. As an agritourism establishment, the property offers a number of its own fine products, including various kinds of Modena vinegar, honey from its own bees, jams and preserves. The Opera 02 winery produces a range of fine wines from its Lambrusco DOP organic vineyards, and tastings and visits to both the cellars and the vinegar loft can be arranged. Guests can also take advantage of the wellness facilities, featuring a sauna and a Turkish bath, and there is also a spectacular infinity pool.

3. Carry on along the Tangenziale Sud Gabriela Mistral (marked MaranelloModena SudAbetoneSassuolo) - 1,8 km.
4. Leave the ring road, marked Abetone, continue for 10 km.
5. At the roundabout, take the first exit, marked via Bellaria.
6. Carry on along via Bellaria for 6 km (passing villages of Montale and Colombaro).
7. Turn left into SP 569 Via Vignola. Continue along the SP 569 - 0,6 km.
8. Turn right into via Croce - 2,0 km.

From A1 motorway, Modena Sud exit:
1. Keep right at the junction, following signs for Modena.
2. Carry on along SP 623 - 1,0 km.
3. Turn left into Strada Medicina and continue for 2,0 km.
4. Pass through San Vito, turn right into via San Vito.
5. Turn left into via Settecani Cavidole and continue for 2,0 km.
6. Turn right into SP 16 - 11 m.
