Standing on the edge of the Kondalilla National Park, the area is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, and Lake Baroon, just two kilometres away, offers a number of water sport activities. Montville itself offers a number of attractive restaurants, cafés and wineries, and Narrows Escape can arrange transfers to many local attractions.

Recently having undergone a thorough renovation, Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat's six delightful pavilions are especially designed for couples, and feature deep double spa baths, a log fire, luxurious furnishings and beautiful rainforest views. The pavilions are air-conditioned, and come with a full range of high-tech amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi connections, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. A gourmet breakfast hamper is supplied on arrival, with freshly baked croissants delivered each morning. Delicious home cooked meals or BBQ hampers can also be delivered to guests' pavilion for private, intimate dining experiences.

Pavilions all feature deep double spa baths, log fire, luxurious furnishings and beautiful rainforest views. Soft, warm bathrobes and slippers are provided, as well as divine bath products, chocolates and fresh flowers.
Pavilions are equipped with High speed Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast hamper, chocolates, croissants daily, welcome platter on arrival, complimentary port, spa bath, and a log fireplace. One queen-size bed. Pavilion size 53 sq m.
