Recently having undergone a thorough renovation, the hotel's gastronomic restaurant, La Table de Palafitte, presents unique seasonal menus based on the finest local market produce. Surrounded by large French windows, the restaurant offers fabulous views of the lake, and in the distance, the Alps. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining over the water on the terrace, while Le Bar is a cosy, convivial spot for morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening aperitifs and nightcaps.

Lakeshore Pavilion:
The Lakeshore Pavilions are built on stilts on the edge of the lake. The Palafitte Hotel has sixteen of these spacious bungalows, all with an outstanding view of Lake Neuchâtel. They feature a large seating area, and and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. A short path separates the bungalow from the lake where swimming is possible in warm weather. One large double bed or twin beds. Room size 68 sq m, 10 sq m terrace.
Lake Pavilion:
Each of the twenty-four pavilions built on stilts has an individual bedroom, a bathroom with movable partitions that allow a view onto the lake from the bath tub, a separate toilet, an office corner and a large terrace with only the neighbouring Alps on the horizon. Direct access to the lake by a small ladder from the private terrace. One large double bed or twin beds. Room size 68 sq m, 10 sq m terrace.
