After a long and eventful history, and a number of owners and uses, this fabulous property was taken over by Robert and Gina Parker in 2010, and after extensive renovations, offers luxurious boutique accommodation, fine cuisine and personal, bespoke service in a delightful rural setting.Ideal for both business and pleasure in this beautiful corner of North East England, Eshott Hall is just ten minutes from the A1 and only thirty-five minuts from Newcastle city centre. Landmarks and attractions close by include Alnwick Garden and Castle, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, the Heritage Coastline, the Cheviots and Northumberland National Park. A great base for outdoor activities of all kinds, the house is perfect for golf enthusiasts, with no less than five excellent courses within a twenty minute drive of the hotel. On-site, Eshott Hall boasts a tennis court, and the parkland of the estate is a valuable wildlife sanctuary, with a rich variety of bird and animal species, flora and fauna. Huge emphasis is placed on good food at Eshott Hall, and the restaurant's head chef and his team are the proud holders of two AA Rosettes for the highest standards of creative cuisine. Serving lunch and dinner daily, the restaurant offers exciting and innovative menus, based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, many of which come from the Hall's own kitchen garden.
