Castle View Superior Rooms: All five superior rooms have a spacious comfortable sitting area and superb views of the Castle and grounds. From the west: take the A69 from Carlisle for 40 miles to Haydon Bridge, turn right onto A686 signposted Langley Castle Hotel. Follow road for about 2 miles (3,2 kms). The castle is on the right after a sharp left bend. From the south-west: take junction 40 on the M6 for Penrith. Take the A686 to Alston, then Hexham then Haydon Bridge. 2 miles (3,2 km) after Carts Bog pub, the castle is on the left. This is a scenic route but has some sharp bends! Or continue north and leave the M6 at junction 43 and follow the A69 to Haydon Bridge. Turn right onto the A686 signposted for Langley Castle Hotel. Follow the road for about 2 miles (3,2 kms).
