Dining: The sophisticated restaurant is held within two big stone vaults overlooking a Spanish garden where orange and olive trees grow luxuriantly. Restored fireplaces and a wood-burning oven, where bread and cakes are baked, take you back to the ancient times when the quality of life lay in simple and everyday gestures.
Then, after a wonderful meal, climb either of the two different staircases up to the first floor where the ancient halls of the castle have been made into ten suites, a reading room of two big open galleries, and a dining-room for breakfast time.
In the afternoon, when the bells of the Cathedral mark the hours, on the ground floor of the south wing, lit only by candles, discover a relaxing area to savour tea infusions or chocolate and taste cakes just taken out of the oven.

Wellness: there is an exclusive Spa where every type of well-being and relaxation treatment can be had for a total psychophysical remise en forme. Here, light, sound, and sensations show us a new world where water is the fundamental theme on which the path to wellness is based.
