Masseria Salinola is ideally placed for visiting this unspoilt corner of the heel of Italy, especially the fabulous 'White Town' of Ostuni, with its citadel, cathedral and the Bishop's Palace, among many other fascinating sights in the region. The Masseria is a fully bike-friendly establishment, with a bicycle garage, guides and routes, and mountain bikes available for guests. After a busy day's sightseeing, guests can cool off in the 15 metre long outdoor pool, or in the large outdoor Jacuzzi.

Masseria Salinola's restaurant serves delicious menus based on the unique cuisine and flavours of Apulia, featuring typical dishes such as orecchiette con cime di rapa, a typical Apulian home made ear-shaped pasta, pot-cooked mashed broad beans, and the oven-baked rabbit with Mediterranean flavours (tomatoes, olives, capers, rosemary). Extra virgin olive oil is produced on site, while vegetables are freshly harvested from the house's garden. Masseria Salinola also arranges cookery courses with the restaurant's expert chefs.

This room is located on the ground floor and in the "heart" of this masseria. Known as "sotto l'arco", is the old place where the salt was kept in this warehouse until a few centuries ago. Now it's a very romantic and charming room in a total white style. In a corner of this room there is still an old fireplace built by the workers who lived in this masseria.
