For reservations cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
For reservations cancelled between 20 -11 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of total accommodation charges are withheld.
For reservations cancelled between10-0 days before the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of total accommodation charges are withheld.
For no shows, departures prior to scheduled date or arrivals later than scheduled date: 100% of total accommodation charges are withheld.
