Dining: Enjoy the reawakening of the Mallorcan cuisine in their restaurant 3/65. Chef de cuisine Juan Marc Garcias, has created dishes surprisingly Mallorcan, based on historic and modern recipes of the area. The bar is a great and fashionable place to meet inside an olive press from the 19th century. Contemporary furnishings, mixed with authentic drinks and shaken with great music. Their snack menu is available during the entire day, in the bar, the pool terrace, your room or wherever else you would like. Lighter dishes, salads, sea food and other delights, that they call Healthy Haute Cuisine. There are also plenty of restaurants in the village of Pollença (a 3 minute drive away) or in Pto. Pollença (12 min. away).
