Superior Room 203: on the 2nd floor with an entrance hall, the actual room, a bathroom with a shower corner and a terrace, all this in the total area of 25,66m² (out of which 1,26m² is the terrace).

Deluxe Rooms feature interesting spatial concepts or private terraces.
Deluxe Room 102: on the 1st floor with the total area of 32,83m² an entrance hall, a room and a bathroom equipped with a shower corner.
Deluxe Room 205: Comfortable 38,33m² plus 6,28m² of terrace with view of the Průhonice castle. There is a separate entrance hall, a staircase, a spacious room, bathroom with a bathtub and a shower corner and the previously mentioned terrace. The room can moreover be connected with room no. 206.
Deluxe Room 206: On the 2nd floor with 38,55m² consisting of an entrance hall, a staircase, a room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower corner. It also has a terrace with the area of almost 7m² and a beautiful view of the surroundings. It is possible to connect it with room 205.
