It takes only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes eather by tram or underground to get to the down town (Staromìstské námìstí, Václavské námìstí, Námìstí republiky).The hotel "At the King Charles" belongs to the most picturesque sights of the famous Mala Strana (Lesser Town). Originally a gothic building - a part of the Benedictine Order - was rebuilt in 1639 into a baroque house "At three roses". Situated by the Prague castle wall it became a part of the "Kings Road". A medical effect of the small brook in its old cellars made this building even more popular during the rule of the King Rudolf II. Having been renovated in 1993, the newly opened hotel can offer its visitors extraordinary comfort and atmosphere. Modern luxury and ancient past always remain here in a harmony.
