Standing at the top of the Muottas Muragl funicular railway, the Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl is situated at 2456 metres, on one of the most beautiful vantage points of the Engadin St. Moritz region. After a thorough renovation and rebuild in 2010, this historic property now offers unique accommodation and fine cuisine in a spectacular high-mountain setting.

Perfectly situated for quiet, relaxing visits to this beautiful area of the Swiss Alps, Hotel Muottas Muragl can only be reached via the Muottas Muragl funicular railway, which provides easy access from Punt Muragl. Guests can enjoy spectacular, sweeping views of the upper Engadin valley and the lake plateau from the hotels rooms and public areas. Fantastic for outdoor activities in both winter and summer, the hotel offers a magnificent toboggan run with a vertical descent of 705 metres over four kilometres, and a clearly marked snowshoe trail. In summer, guests can enjoy a number of hiking trails, along with guided walks and tours. One of the most important attractions in the region is the Bernina Express, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the highest mountain railways in Europe.

These charming rooms boast a magnificent view over the Upper Engadin lake plateau. These romantic attic rooms can be booked with or without a roof terrace. Twin beds. Room size 16 sq m.
"Roseg" Deluxe Double Room:
This romantic room features exposed beams and a cosy seating area. Some rooms have views over the Engadin lake plateau. Twin beds.
Room size 22 sq m.
"Bernina" Junior Suite:
The stylish, comfortable room has a separate sleeping and living area, as well as a spacious roof terrace, with fabulous views over the Upper Engadin lake plateau. Twin beds and one sofa bed. Room size 26 sq m.

All rooms come with en-suite bathroom with WC, shower and/or bath, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. Larger double rooms can also accommodate a sofa bed.
