Cala Mondragó is a natural park and the beach of Es Trenc is a protected nature area. The island of Cabrera is great for a day trip and S'Amarador has a beach, sailing, windsurfing, and diving. In the village of Santanyí there are many bars and restaurants with typical Mallorcan cuisine, the Santanyí open air market, many art galleries, charming little shops and several beauty salons. Once a historic home, S'Hotelet de Santanyi has been lovingly restored and repurposed into an exclusive unique bed and breakfast. In addition, there is also a separate three storey house with a fully equipped kitchen and one Junior Suite. Type of rooms: S'Hotelet de Santanyi5 Suites: 2 people maximum occupancy per room. There is one king size bed in each room. There is no double room with two single beds. All rooms feature a full bathroom, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air-conditioning and heater, telephone, satellite television, ADSL Internet, a minibar, and amenitiesOlivera: One of the suites is an independent room from the rest of the house and has its own terrace, a private solarium with views. One extra bed can be added to this room for a maximum occupancy of three people. The Lavanda and Caputxina rooms: can turn into a private space for a family of up to five people. Located on the second floor along with the hall, there is a terrace with views. Extra Beds: An extra bed (size 90 x 1,90 cm) can be added to two of the rooms, Olivera and Lavanda, and is charged per night. A baby crib/cot can be added is charged per night. Additional information: S'Hotelet de SantanyiDuring their stay all the clients of S'Hotelet will enjoy a 10% discount on the golf course Vall d'Or, located in S'Horta at only 10 minutes from the hotel.
Dining: while there is no restaurant, a sumptuous traditional breakfast is served at the S Hotelet De Santanyi and included in room rates. There are many bars and restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Sempreviva House, the separate three story villa, features its own kitchen so breakfast is not included for that property. Special Events: S´Hotelet with its five rooms as well as the private house "Sempreviva" can be reserved for special events such as weddings, family meetings, work meetings etc. Please contact the management team at least a month prior to scheduled arrival. CHILDREN: suitable for all children. People under 12 years must share a room with a parent or caretaker. An extra bed or baby crib free for children 0-2 years old can only be added to Olivera and Lavanda for a maximum occupancy of three people each room. Two rooms on the second floor can be combined for a maximum occupancy of five people. |
