Standing on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Santiago's downtown Forest Park neighbourhood, Lastarria Boutique Hotel is set in one of the district's historic mansions, originally built in 1927. After an eventful history and a number of functions, including use as the headquarters of an important news agency, the house was transformed into a small boutique hotel in 2013, and offers luxurious accommodation, fine food and friendly, attentive service in a highly central location.

A delightful spot for relaxing stays in the heart of Santiago, Lastarria Boutique Hotel is close to many of the city's most important landmarks and attractions. The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Fine Arts Museum are just a five-minute walk from the hotel, while the Plaza de Armas and the Palacio de La Moneda are also within easy reach. Strategically placed between the Universidad Católica and Baquedano metro stations, the hotel is also just footsteps from a number of bus stops, all providing excellent links with the rest of the city.

Lastarria Boutique Hotel's on-site restaurant, the Deli Lounge Restaurant, serves a delicious selection of national, regional and international dishes, including pizzas, quesadillas, ''tablas'' and sandwiches, all accompanied by an excellent range of wines, principally from Chile's most important vineyards. Superior:
Warm and comfortable, the superior rooms are located on the ground, second and top floor of the Hotel. One of the Superior rooms can be connected with a Suite, ideal for a family. Another room on the ground floor is adapted for disabled persons. Maximum capacity two adults.

Deluxe:
There are three Deluxe rooms. One of these, on the ground floor, has a private balcony. The other two rooms are located on the second and top floor of the Hotel. All of the deluxe rooms have a beautiful view of the garden, offering a warm, bright and comfortable environment. The room on the second floor houses a Jacuzzi and is ideal for a honeymoon. These rooms can accommodate up to two adults. Room size approximately 28 sq m.
Junior Suite:
Junior Suites are large, comfortable soundproof rooms that stand out for their private balconies. Two of the Junior Suites are located on the top floor of the Hotel. The Junior Suites can accommodate up to two adults and one child. Room size approximately 22 sq m plus 40 sq m balcony.
Suite:
Lastarria Boutique Hotel has four soundproof suites with a Santiago Bueras street view that are located on the first and second floor. Two of the rooms can be connected to form a larger room, ideal for a family. There is also a desk, an ideal addition to the room for guests travelling for business. These rooms feature the original, elegant windows, offering plenty of natural light. The Suites rooms can accommodate up to three guests.
