Lounge Menu Light Fare: The Lounge menu is available every day from noon until late in the evening. The menu is a selection of international delicacies and gourmet treats appropriate for any time of the day, everywhere on the property.
The La Maltese Restaurant: At this small ALaCarte gourmet restaurant you can have a romantic candlelight dinner on an open air veranda with spectacular views and taste the chef?s culinary proposals of Mediterranean cuisine based on the seasonal products of the sea and land of Santorini.
Wine Tasting: At sunset, the residents of the Villa can participate in a ceremonial wine tasting and experience a selection of famous Santorinian wines.
Lounge Bar: Next to the swimming pool, enjoy the nicest drinks, cocktails and a great selection of champagnes and champagne cocktails.

Special Events (Banquets and Parties): The hotel can accommodate private parties, brunches, wine tasting, gala dinners, private dining, weddings, buffet dinners, champagne cocktails, small conferences, lunches, sunset cocktails, and meetings.
