Location & Arrival :
Aadla-Walser Chalets Am Arlberg located at 1,500 meters above sea level, close to the L200 in the district of Bregenz, in the Austrian province of Vorarlberg.
The Walser ski resorts of Schröcken lie between 1,200 and 1,500 meters above sea level and extend to the Körbersee to 1,660 meters. The village center with its striking parish church is on 1,269 meters above sea level. From there, the well-developed Hochtannbergstraße (with some daring bends) leads towards the hamlet Nesslegg where your destination is Aadla.

Winter closures for Lech - Warth: From early December (depending on the weather also earlier) the connecting road from Lech to Warth is blocked and only opened again in the spring. This is especially important when using navigation systems, as the systems often do not know how to avoid them. You'll have to take detours of several hours. In winter it is recommended to take snow chains.

Cancellation charges:
The following cancellation regulations apply to the GTC:
- If cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20% charged
- From 44th - 35th day: 50%
- From the 34th to the 8th day: 80%
- From 7th day as well as for non-arrival or early departure: 90%

DEPOSIT: 30% of the accommodation costs. This is due after receipt of the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid in due time, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking without prior consultation with the guest.
