San Pablo Airport is around 25 minutes by taxi.

Parking: there is a private temporary parking at the front door of the hotel where you can stop for a while and drop your luggage at the hotel. Please take care and leave the car in one of the parking lots nearby.
If you decide to go directly to the parking lot, please note that there are two parking lots nearby where you can leave the car. One of them is called "Cano y Cueto" and it is by the Menendez Pelayo Avenue (by the gardens) and the name of the other parking lot is Avenida de Roma (next to Hotel Alfonso XIII hotel). Both parking lots are open and secured 24 hours a day.

Driving: the city center of Seville is very difficult for driving, as this area is full of narrow streets and little squares. If it is your first time in town and you are not experienced driving in very narrow streets, go to the parking directly. Once in Seville, you can walk everywhere and the car will not be necessary at all.

Check-in time is around 2pm and check out time is 12 am.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to check-in date or no-show, the first night is charged.

During the extra season, the total amount of the reservation is non refundable.

Deposit required:
During de extra season (9 April to 7 May 2017) one month before the arrival date the hotel will be charge the total amount of the reservation and it will be non refundable. .
Normal Season: no deposit, just the card as a guarantee.
