Thoroughly renovated and restored with a fabulous, chic Scandinavian interior, with original works of art, noble timber flooring and elegantly designer furniture, this charming property offers luxury accommodation, great food and friendly service in charming city location.Perfect for relaxing stays in Sheffield, either on business or for pleasure, Brocco on the Park is ideally placed for the city's green spaces, theatres and universities. A bus stop close by provides quick and easy links with the city centre and the greater region, and Brocco also has bikes for hire. Brocco on the Park's kitchen restaurant serves healthy, hearty cuisine, with Scandinavian and local influences based on the finest regional produce. Vegetarian, wheat or gluten-free diets can be catered for, and afternoon tea is also served on Saturdays and Sundays. Brocco on the Park has just eight individually designed and decorated rooms, all with an ornithological theme, in honour of the peace dove of the villa's most renowned guest, Picasso, who reputedly stayed at Brocco during the World Peace Conference in 1950. All rooms have fine views, and come with luxurious bedding, en-suite bathrooms, and all modern amenities. Type of rooms: Brocco on the ParkPigeon's Loft:High up in Brocco's Edwardian eaves nestles the Pigeon's Loft. Great for the single traveller or close-knit couples, this light and compact king-size is the ideal shelter to hide from the elements. Boasting three different views, this room also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Woodpecker's Roost: Whether for a homebird or frequent traveller, the Woodpecker's Roost provides ample space for a relaxing stay. This room also features a king-size bed and rain shower, while the hanging bubble chair offers a bird's eye view of the park life below. Nightjar's Nest: Perfect for night owls, either out on the town or up with the lark. This ground-floor super-king/twin room also has a double sofa bed that comfortably accommodates children or extra guests, as well a walk-in wet room. Ideal for guests who do not wish to climb the stairs, or travelling with a pram. Owl's Burrow: Packed full of Edwardian character, this charming room features a fluffy king-size bed and great views. The biggest surprise comes in the form of the Burrow's hidey-hole bathroom complete with luxury free-standing bath, down some secret steps. Robin's Hollow: Robin's Hollow is Brocco on the Park's romantic retreat. It comes with a super-king bed, a luxury free-standing bathtub and a loveseat for two. The sunniest spot of our villa, there are park views from each window and plenty of room for a child's bed or cot. Swallow's Rafter: The sumptuous Swallow's Rafter is located at the top of the villa. Everything in this elegant attic has been designed for living and sleeping well. This large room features a unique oval archway leading to the Rafter's centrepiece: an egg-shaped bath under the window that's big enough for two, overlooking the park below. Chiffchaff's Post: Chiffchaff's Post offers a fabulous super-king four-poster bed. Guests can luxuriate in a bathtub made for two, or wash the day away under the powerful rain shower. The Dovecote: Named in honour of probably the most famous guest at Brocco on the Park, Picasso himself and his dove of peace, The Dovecote is Brocco's signature bedroom. This penthouse or bridal suite features a balcony with twin views of park and town,, with panoramas over the greenery of Endcliffe Park and beyond the rooftops of Ecclesall towards Derbyshire's undulating Peaks. This fabulous room has a selection of original artwork on the walls, and a luxury free-standing copper bath.
