Dining: the range is huge in the centre of the city with at least about 7-8 very good food places within about 10 minutes walking distance. Ask for advice and information in person before 5pm.

Public transportation: The Hriso Botev Blvd stop is about one block north. The Plaza Vaazrazhdae tram is about a block and a half to the west. Serdika metro station is about three blocks to the east.
Airport: 8 km away, by subway (20 minutes) and taxi (20-25 minutes)
Arriving by bus: from the central bus station take a subway to subway station “Serdika”, then it is about 5 minutes walking to the hotel.

While there is no 24 hour reception, staff is always reachable by phone (text or SMS). After 5pm, check-in is self-service.
Hairdryer: ask the reception before 5pm.
Kettle for hot water: ask the reception before 5pm.
Iron and an ironing board: at the end of each floor.
Laundry: outsourced to a third party. Submit clothes any day before 12noon and receive them around 12pm-1pm, the next day.

Pets: not allowed.
Parking: public parking nearby charged per hour. Ask for specifics before you arrive.
Stairs: There is an elevator/lift & some disabled facilities. Contact the hotel to ask about your specific needs.
