With its own stop on Sóller’s famous heritage tram line, Hotel Finca Ca N'Aí was the first rural hotel in Mallorca. The town of Sóller, with its historic modernist buildings and authentic atmosphere, is just a few minutes away, while the port and the rest of the northern coast’s spectacular attractions, such as Deià and Valldemosa, are also within easy reach. Hotel Finca Ca N'Aí can organise boat rental, fishing trips, and hiking and cycling routes, among many other activities.

The estate consists of five houses, all sympathetically restored and decorated, that provide the essence of the genuine Mallorca. The main house, approached through a beautiful courtyard, houses the reception area, while the twenty-nine rooms are distributed around the other houses. The palm shaded swimming pool offers fabulous views of the estate and the valley, and all rooms also offer magnificent views form their terraces. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning, either indoors or out, and other meals, based on locally produced, seasonal products, are available on request. Cuisine at Hotel Finca Ca N'Aí is a fusion of tapas, Mallorcan and Mediterranean recipes.

Superior Junior Suite: The Superior Junior Suites range in size between 34 and 46 sq m. They have a large window giving access to a garden or a terrace where guests can enjoy a cool moment at sunset under the stars. The charming bathrooms are equipped with a shower and/or a bathtub.
Premium Junior Suite: The Premium Junior Suites range in size from 42 to 56 sq m. With their high ceilings, wooden beams and old terracotta floors, they remind guests that they are in a rural house in Sóller. Some of these rooms overlook an inner courtyard, others are south-facing or have views of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountains. All are bright and comfortable and have a full bathroom with shower and/or bathtub.
Deluxe Junior Suite: All the Deluxe Junior Suites are bright and airy and range in size from 58 to 69 sq m. They are located in the main building and in Can Nusa, all of them have a large terrace and/or a very quiet courtyard. All of them are located on the ground floor and are very spacious and bright. They are equipped with two showers and every comfort.
All suites are air-conditioned, come with a fridge or mini-bar, and are equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker.
