Duplex Studio (Kovacica 27) Unit 500: This 34 sq m studio apartment comes with a double bed. The apartment has a lounge area, desk and fully-equipped kitchenette. The whole house is on two floors - ground floor consists of bedroom and bathroom, and 1st floor is kitchen with lounge area.
Deluxe Double Room (Kovacica 27) Unit 602: This first floor room is 26 sq m and comes with a large double bed. The apartment has a lounge area and desk.

Superior Twin Studio (Kovacica 20) Unit 303: Measuring 32 sq m, this luxury studio apartment comes with twin beds. The apartment has a lounge area, desk and fully-equipped kitchenette.

Superior Studio with Terrace (Vijugasta 15) Unit 902: Featuring a terrace, this 26 sq m apartment comes with a double bed. The apartment has a lounge area, desk and fully-equipped kitchenette and bathtub.

102, 103 and 202, 203 rooms (Plinarska street 75): Small and cozy double room. Some have a balcony. This building is where the central reception desk is.

Garden House (Plinarska street 27): Units 011, 012 are superior garden double rooms. Units 021, 022 are deluxe garden double/twin rooms.

Breakfast House (Radmilovića 39): Units 1,2,3,4,5,6. Comfort Double room. Some have a balcony.

Deluxe Three Bedroom House (Radmilovića Street 19) Unit 800: This authentic Dalmatian stone house has 110m2 and two floors. On the ground floor there is a big living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, big bathroom with a bathtub and a small courtyard terrace with barbecue. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to both balconies and a small bathroom with shower. It is suitable for 6 persons (+2).

Children: One baby's cot may be added to rooms (subject to availability and confirmation). Children over 2 years charged for extra bed.
