Lydmar is a second generation boutique hotel located on Stockholm's waterfront, offering luxurious accommodation in a privileged setting. Set in a carefully restored period building, this luxury establishment is just a short walk from many of the city's most important sights and attractions and provides its guests with spectacular views of the Old Town and the Royal Palace.

Lydmar boutique hotel has 46 rooms and suites, all elegantly furnished and decorated. The rooms are air-conditioned, come with king-size beds and feature a range of amenities, including flat-screen TVs, mini-bars and safes. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

Perfectly located for exploring this wonderful city, the hotel is within easy reach of many of Stockholm's fine galleries and art museums. The Museum of Modern Art is just a short walk away over the bridge on Skeppsholmen. In keeping with this artistic tradition, Lydmar boutique hotel presents regular art exhibitions and other events. It has its own restaurant, serving European fusion cuisine every day of the week. Guests can also enjoy the Sunday Comfort bar-restaurant for drinks, snacks and light meals.

Classic King:
These rooms have a king-size bed, large bathroom with tub or shower and a small sitting area with one or two armchairs. Street or park view.
This is a perfect choice for the overnight stay or the business traveller who is passing by Stockholm on the move to the next destination.
Classic Rooms are approximately 20-25 sq m. They sleep up to 2 adults.
Medium King:
These rooms include a king-size bed (two rooms have twin beds), a spacious bathroom with bathtub (three rooms are handicap adjusted with showers) and a living room area with a sofa and/or armchairs. Some rooms also have a desk and there are street, park or palace views.
This is a perfect room for the business traveller, the weekend couple or the spontaneous Stockholmers who just wants to get away for 24 hours. Two rooms have connecting capabilities.
Medium King Rooms are approximately 25-35 sq m. They sleep up to 2 adults (or up to 3 adults with extra bed).
Large King:
These are the suites. Master bedroom with a large king-size bed, TV and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Separate living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and guest WC. Most of have desks.
This room is perfect for representation/meetings, a family of three (an extra bed can easily be put in the living room) or the excited wedding couple.
There are six large rooms all in all. Two of them face the Royal Palace and the harbour. Three of them have windows overlooking the terrace, the park and Strandvägen. The last one is on the first floor where guests are invited to bring their best friend (dog/cat/snake...).
The Large King room is approximately 50 sq m. Sleeps up to 2 adults (or 3 with an extra bed).
X Large:
This Master Suite has an area of 90 sq m. It has two separate rooms with a connecting door. The larger room has a king-size bed, a spacious seating area with a sofa and armchairs and the Master Bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Separate guest WC. The second room has a beautiful dining room/meeting room and a separate bathroom. Both rooms have wonderful views towards the royal castle and the water.
This Suite can be connected with another room to create a secluded area of the hotel with a private hallway. Perfect for special groups, artists and diplomats in need of privacy. Special security can be provided upon request.
All rooms are designed with a contemporary classic look and each room has its own personal touch. No rooms look the same. Beds are equipped with bed linen from Gastraldi in Italy and bathrobes, slippers etc. are provided.
A fully stocked mini-bar with local snacks is of course provided and naturally, there is complimentary Wi-Fi and movies. Breakfast is always included and is served in the dining room or in guests' rooms free of charge.
