Dining: Enjoy a memorable Tasmanian dining experience. They source the freshest local produce on a daily basis from local farms and fishermen to create a delicious seasonal menu. The piano bar adjoining the dining room offers an enticing selection of classic cocktails and local and imported wines, or the sun room provides the opportunity for a more intimate dining experience or a relaxing escape in the comfortable sofas. Currently, breakfast at Villa Howden is for in house guests only.

High Tea: Saturday and Sunday from 2pm until 4pm, guests can relax in the luxurious surrounds of the Estate, enjoying Traditional High Tea with friends and family on the deck, on the terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens, in the restaurant listening to The baby grand piano or on a picnic rug in the landscaped gardens. Traditional High Tea consists of a three tier stand with fresh ribbon sandwiches on the bottom, a middle plate of cakes and pastries and then a top tier of scones, jam and cream. Freshly brewed tea and freshly ground plunger coffee is included. Premium Tasmanian sparkling and other beverages are available for purchase. Villa Howden can cater Traditional High Tea for special occasions.

Whether you require personal or corporate facilities, the versatile function rooms and surroundings include 10 distinctive suites, ample off street parking, a choice of function rooms each with their own bar and adjoining terrace, together with many comfortable break out areas and an in-door heated salt water swimming pool. Excellent cuisine, fine wines and first class service from the Sales and Catering Teams will assist you in creating a successful and truly memorable function. For intimate gatherings when smaller secluded facilities are required, Villa Howden provides a flexible and private venue for confidential meetings.
