Located in the heart of Tokyo's Kanda-Ochanomizu district, Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten is a small family owned and run boutique hotel with more than 100 years' of history providing genuine, traditional Japanese hospitality. After a number of rebuilds over the years, Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten reopened in 2014, and now offers luxurious accommodation in a Tokyo-modern style in just nine spacious suites.

1899 Ochanomizu Green Tea restaurant serves delicious green tea-based cuisine in the elegant first-floor restaurant. Breakfast is usually served in guests' rooms, and consists of traditional Japanese ''bento'' dining caskets, or lighter Japanese and western-style ''asage'' breakfasts. Botan is a twin room in a quiet cosy space, away from the city bustle with a view of gingko trees from the windows, although the room location is closest to the elevator. This junior suite features an extensive, luxurious seating area, with a relaxing sofa, and a gold-toned Tatami. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a traditional round ceramic bathtub. Sakura - Junior Suite:
