Founded in 1905 by Léon Sentenac, the grandfather of the current owners of the hotel, the Brasserie restaurant combines modernism and family tradition to create menus based on authentic cuisine, with the accent on the finest market-fresh local produce. Meals are offered in the air-conditioned dining rooms, or outdoors on the terrace. The hotel has forty-one comfortable rooms, all elegantly appointed and spacious. Superior Double / Twin Room:
Some of these spacious, airy rooms are located in the corner of the building, so they overlook both the Rue des Changes and the Place Esquirol. Others have views of the inner courtyard. They are all air-conditioned, and come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. One large double bed. Room size 21 sq m.
Family Room:
