Children under 14 are not permitted unless the whole villa is booked. Small well behaved dogs are allowed.

There is a satellite TV in the main living room and Internet access is available in the hotel.

Enjoy the tennis court or use one of the villas' mountain bikes.

Cancellation Policy:
For individual rooms if a booking is cancelled more than 60 days in advance no charge will be made if cancelled with less than 60 days notice the following charges will be made: 30 to 59 days 25% of the total stay ( room and tax ), 22 to 29 days 50% of the total stay (room and tax), 21 days of less 100% of the total stay (room and tax). In event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payble. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the descretion of the management and the ability to relet rooms.

Whole Villa: The daily rate for the exclusive use of the whole villa is available normally on a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. This includes daily cleaning and bed make-up and twice weekly change of linen. There is a staff cottage on site.
The following can be provided at extra cost: a cook to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and buy the food, a towel each per day for the swimming pool, washing and laundry as necessary, car rental and driver.
Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required if the Villa is taken as a whole. It is Euro 500.00 payable in cash at the check-in. The deposit will be given back to clients at time of departure.

The hotel is flexible and will aim to provide as much or as little as is required by the guest. To take the whole villa, contact them to discuss your requirements.
