Das Marent is a new-build design hotel, located on a sunny plateau in the charming little resort of Fiss, in one of the most beautiful ski areas in the Tyrol. Opened in December 2014 by Alexander and Christian Marent, this luxury boutique hotel offers exclusive accommodation, fine cuisine and a range of select services in a fabulous mountain setting.

Perfect for winter sports holidays in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area, Das Marent is within easy reach of the cable car station, with a shuttle service available in the mornings. Ideal for family holidays, the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area offers an excellent range of runs for the whole family, with a number of pistes especially reserved for children. There are also long toboggan runs, snowcat rides, and much much more. Summer visitors can also enjoy beautiful hiking trails, fabulous views and varied mountain bike routes, among many other options.

Das Marent serves a hearty breakfast every morning, with a range of organic products from the Tyrol, along with home-made spreads, jams and honey. For hungry skiers and mountaineers, light refreshments are available in the afternoon, and in the evening, the day comes to an agreeable close with a unique five-course dinner. The little ones will be surprised by the three-course children's menu. For indulgent pampering, guests can unwind in the spa and wellness centre, with an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, soft sauna and steam bath. A wellness bag with a fluffy bathrobe, slippers and selected toiletries is provided with every room.

Classic Double Room:
These modern, spacious rooms come with a large box-spring bed with a cosy duvet, and are furnished with a writing desk with chair, luggage rack, safe and telephone. The en-suite bathroom features a rain-dance overhead shower, and comes with fluffy towels, a wellness bag with a bathrobe and slippers, and cosmetics by Luis Trenker. They have a north or south-facing balcony. Max. occupancy two guests, room size 22 sq m.
Superior Double Room:
These larger rooms have a modern box-spring bed with a cosy duvet, and are also furnished with a modern fold-out sofa for one or two more guests. They feature a spacious balcony, and come with a writing desk with a comfortable chair, a luggage rack, a safe and a telephone. The en-suite bathroom features a rain-dance overhead shower, and comes with fluffy towels, a wellness bag with a bathrobe and slippers, and cosmetics by Luis Trenker. Two to four guests, room size approximately 30 sq m.
Suites:
These elegant suites feature a spacious bedroom with a modern box-spring bed with a cosy duvet, along with and additional living-room/bedroom with two single beds or a fold-out sofa bed for two additional guests. They come with a desk and chair, a luggage rack, a safe and a telephone, and feature an en-suite bathroom with a rain-dance overhead shower and double wash-basin and a separate WC. They also come with fluffy towels, a wellness bag with a bathrobe and slippers, and cosmetics by Luis Trenker. Two to six guests, suite size 35 to 42 sq m.
Lofts:
The lofts offer a modern living experience over two floors, right under the eaves of the hotel, for two to six guests, with breathtaking mountains views and a balcony. The sleeping area is accessed via an open staircase, and features a high-quality box-spring bed and a cosy duvet. On the lower floor, there is a living room area with a convertible sofa-bed for two more guests. They are equipped in the same way as the other rooms and suites, and feature an en-suite bathroom with a rain-dance overhead shower, double wash-basin and in some lofts, a separate WC.
