There are also 279 kilometres of immaculately groomed cross-country trails, covering all levels of difficulty. In summer, the region is a hiker's and mountain biker's paradise, and of course guests enjoy special rates on the adjacent golf course and golf academy.

Hotel Princess Bergfrieden is decorated in an authentic Tyrolean style, featuring locally sourced timber and stone. Superior Double Room "Princess":
The Superior double feature a balcony, a spacious double room with double beds, and are located on the east, south or west side of the hotel. They feature a dining corner and a sofa-bed for possible 3rd and 4th guests. They are equipped with a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, 2-ring hob and basic utensils for 4 persons. These rooms come with cable television, DVD/CD player, telephone, safe, internet access. The en-suite bathrooms come with a bath and shower wall, toilet, hair-dryer and make-up mirror. Bunkbed Studio:
These studios are located on the on the lower ground floor, on the west side of the property. These are large studios with 3 bunkbeds for a maximum occupancy of 6 - 7 persons. These are 5 single beds, (90 x 200 cm) and one double bed (160 x 200 cm). They feature a cosy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, a DVD/CD player, telephone, and internet access/Wi-Fi. The studio is also equipped with a fridge, and there are 2 bathrooms with a shower, hair-dryer and make-up mirror. 1 bathrobe and slippers per person and a daily change of towels. Separate toilet. Family Suite "Seefeld":
The Family Suite consists of a Superior Double Room in combination with a Standard Double Room for a maximum of 4 guests. Total room size 55 sq m.
Suite "Bergfrieden":
These delightful suites are located on the north-east, south or west side of the hotel, and feature 1 double room with a double bed and cable television, 1 living room with cable television, DVD/CD player, telephone, safe, and Internet access, a balcony and a dining corner with a sofa bed for a 3rd and 4th person. They come with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, 2-4-ring cooker and basic utensils for 4 persons. Luxury apartment "Residenz":
From summer 2015, in the newly built Princess Residenz, these are sumptuous apartments located on the south or east side of the property. They feature 2 bedrooms with box-spring double beds, flat-screen TV and cable TV, a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for 5th or 6th persons, a dining table, flat-screen TV, cable TV, DVD/CD player, telephone, internet access and Wi-Fi. They feature a kitchenette (hob with 4 hot plates, combi-microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, sink and basic crockery for 6 persons). 2 luxury bathrooms, 1 with bath, 1 with shower, washbasin, hair-dryer, vanity mirror and toilet. Bathrobes and slippers for each guests, and a daily towel change. They feature a large balcony or terrace with fantastic views to the Seefeld mountain panorama. This is a 3-room apartment on the southern side of the property. They feature 2 bedrooms with a double bed, cable television and a safe. 1 spacious living room with a large flat-screen cable television, DVD/CD player, telephone, free Wi-Fi internet access and a sofa bed for a possible 5th and 6th person, stove oven.
