The town of Asiago itself is just a ten minute drive from the property, while Bassano del Grapa, with its famous bridge of the Alpini and the Duomo, is just 28 kilometres away. For winter sports enthusiasts, Meltar is part of the huge Asiago cross-country skiing network, offering magnificent runs on the doorstep. In spring and summer, the region is ideal for hiking and mountaineering, cycling of all kinds and of course golf. The Asiago Golf Club is widely considered one of the finest 18 hole mountain courses in Europe, and offers delightful rounds amid splendid scenery.

Within the hotel itself, guests can take advantage of the magnificent new Mountain Spa centre, which features a sauna with fantastic mountain views, a Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor hydro-massage pools and a fitness centre.
