A restored Gothic Palazzo is now Liassidi Palace, once a Venetian home and now an artistic and luxury boutique hotel in Venice’s historic centre. The romantic interior of the hotel is represented by its many characteristics such as the grand concert hall, internal courtyard, the blend of 18th century and contemporary furniture, the glad chandeliers, and the high ceilings. The elegant dining rooms serve breakfast and while the lounge bar offers traditional spritz and drinks and often hosts live music.

The rooms and suites of the hotel are spread over five floors and consist of the perfect fusion of 18th century and modern style. Many feature oak and Italian walnut furniture and all rooms feature stunning oil paintings and views overlooking the canal.

Liassidi Palace overlooks Rio di San Lorenzo ‘dei Greci’, one of Venice’s oldest and finest canals. It is walking distance from Piazza San Marco, the city’s shopping district, and the Castello district, but it is located in a quiet area of the city. Magic is found in every direction from the hotel making a prime spot as a home base.

Liassidi Palace features 13 room compositions, each incredibly spacious, artistic and elegant. All rooms feature TV, minibar, kettle for tea and coffee, ensuite bathroom, wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, desk, toiletries, slippers, and safe.

Classic Room: The classic rooms are a cozy 15-18 sqm overlooking the garden or the street and with a full-sized bathroom.
Deluxe Rooms: These rooms are slightly larger with a space of 20 sqm also overlooking the garden or the street below.
Deluxe with Canal View: Similar to the deluxe rooms, these rooms feature a cozy seating area and a wonderful view of the canal.
Junior Suite: The junior suites are a spacious 30 sqm with a seating area and large bathroom consisting of a whirlpool. The seating area features luxurious furniture and views of the canal.
Junior Suite two levels: This junior suite spans two floors with a total of 30 sqm; the lower level has a lounge area with a bathroom including a whirlpool while the upper level has a double bed.
Junior Suite Canal View: This luxurious and spacious room is 30 sqm with wonderful views of the Canale dei Greci. The bathroom is large with a whirlpool.
King Romantic Suite: This king suite is the gem of the hotel with vibrant colours, an ensuite with a whirlpool and Finnish sauna, and views of Canale dei Greci. The total space is a grand 55 sqm.
Exclusive Suite: This suite is very abundant in space with 70-80 sqm. The interior includes a comfortable and elegant lounge area and a mosaic-tiled bathroom with a whirlpool. The suite offers amazing views of Canale dei Greci.
Double Room: Another double room is located in a separate building not far form the hotel. It has views of Canale dei Greci and an ensuite bathroom.
Two-bedroom Apartment: This apartment is separate from the main building but close by. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living space and a kitchen and views of Canale dei Greci.
Wellness Privacy Suite: Located in a separate building, this elegant space features a bathroom with a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. The décor is in Art Nouveau style.
Apartment Ai Greci: This apartment is 90 sqm and located at the top floor near the main hotel. It has two bedrooms, one of 60 sqm, a kitchen, marble bathroom, and a sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool.
Classic Ai Greci: Also located in a separate building, this 22 sqm room is in Art Nouveau style with Venetian décor. It features a large double bed.
