Standing at the end of a secluded country road, in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains, Windham Hill Inn is situated in a carefully restored traditional farmhouse, originally built in 1825. Converted to a small bed and breakfast in 1962, this charming property has recently undergone an extensive renovation, and now offers luxury boutique accommodation, fine cuisine and fabulous outdoor activities in an idyllic woodland stetting.

Surrounded by 160 acres of unspoiled nature, Windham Hill Inn offers exceptional views of the Green Mountains and a luxurious, meticulously tended flower garden. On-site activities and facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a clay tennis court, while guests can also enjoy snow shoeing and cross country skiing in winter, or canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking or golf in the warmer months of the year. As a member of Relais & Châteaux, Windham Hill Inn provides extensive bespoke concierge services, and offers exclusive spaces for weddings, family celebrations or business presentations or seminars.

Dining at The Windham Hill Inn is an experience in itself. Created with skill, passion and   attention to detail, all meals are beautifully prepared and presented - from the inn's hearty, three-course breakfasts to exquisite gourmet dinners. Wherever possible, The Windham Hill Inn's expert chefs us fresh, local produce in the menus, including the finest seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs. A more informal dining atmosphere is available at the Windham Hill Pub, but with the same top quality cuisine.

Traditional Rooms:
Located in the Main House, the six Traditional Rooms are quaintly small yet welcomingly comfortable. They offer the easiest access to the dining areas, parlours and lounges. All have all been tastefully decorated with attention to comfort and maximizing the views from the window seats or balconies. All rooms feature writing desks and comfortable sitting areas. One queen-size bed. Some rooms also come with an additional single day bed.
Room size 19,5 to 25 sq m.
Fireplace Rooms:
Located on all floors of the Main House and the second floor of the White Barn, the five Fireplace Rooms all feature gas fireplaces from Vermont Castings stoves to brick surround hearths. All have all been individually decorated with attention to comfort and to maximize the natural light from windows and skylights. Some rooms offer private decks and writing desks while others capitalize on the views from the window seats and comfortable sitting areas. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs and showers and fine bath toiletries are provided. Luxurious bath towels, thick terry robes and hair dryers are available in all rooms. One queen-size bed. Room size 20 to 30 sq m.
Suites:
The six suites are located in both the Main House and the first floor of the White Barn. They are all fitted with king-size beds, comfortable seating areas and all feature gas fireplaces from Vermont Castings stoves to large brick surround hearths. The rooms all have their own individual décor and have been stylishly decorated in order to showcase each distinguishing feature. From peaceful views from a window seat, private decks with direct access to the grounds to enchanting rough-beam ceilings, you are bound to have a relaxing stay. Some rooms feature soaking tubs in addition to en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. Taft has stair-free access for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users. One king-size bed. Suite size 29 to 39 sq m.
Loft Suites:
The three Loft Suites are our most spacious and luxurious rooms at the inn, located on the third floor in the White Barn building. They are fitted with king-size beds, comfortable seating areas and all feature gas fireplaces. The rooms all have their own individual décor and have been stylishly decorated in order to showcase each distinguishing feature. From peaceful views on private decks to enchanting rough beam ceilings, guests are bound to have a relaxing stay. The Loft Suites feature either a soaking tub or two people Jacuzzi tub in an en-suite bathroom fitted with showers. Suite size from 46 to 53 sq m.
The Cottage:
Nestled on 160 acres in the Green Mountains, The Cottage at Windham Hill Inn is a pastoral Southern Vermont escape situated near the Main Inn just beyond the gardens. The private entrance and porch, three bedrooms, two baths and full kitchen create a homey experience for families, couples or groups looking for a rustic getaway. The cottage is suitable for children over the age of twelve. Fine bath toiletries are provided and thick terry robes, bath towels and hair dryers are available. Guests can enjoy the fine dining restaurant on the property and hike, snowshoe or ski the 4,8 miles (7,7 kms) of unruffled trails.
