Facilities, equipment and services for the houses include: cleaning service, breakfast served in the houses, telephone, satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi, central heating with radiators, fully equipped kitchen with handcrafted Salamandra stove (except in 'The Hare' house), Sommier beds, security safe, Jacuzzi (hydro massage), bed linens and towels, board games, books and magazines, individual deck, solarium with deckchairs and for children, cradles and high-chairs.

The Club-House provides: books, DVD Movies, games and a place to store your luggage, gift shop, PC with Internet connection, reception office with tourist information.

There is a heated pool with solarium (in summer), a yard with local fruit trees, a playground, individual grills, a gym, and mountain bikes as well as a private generator.

Optional services upon request include: car rental (special fees for guests), transport to/from Bariloche Airport, laundry, baby sitters, fishing, horseback riding, tennis court with option of tennis coach, and local golf course use.
